    A: New menus go live every Wednesday. The cutoff time for ordering is Friday at 11:59 PM. Please check back the following Wednesday to see a new menu.

  • Q: Can I discuss specific dietary needs or allergies before ordering?

    A: We understand dietary needs are personal and important.
    Please contact us here before placing your order. Share your requirements (allergies, intolerances, preferences, or health goals), and we’ll confirm what we can accommodate from the current menu and discuss suitable modifications or alternatives where possible.

  • Q: Can I pick up my meals instead of having them delivered?

    A: You're welcome to collect your meals directly from our kitchen in Norwood. Please select the "Pickup" option at checkout (pickup times may be subject to change).

  • Q: How much are delivery charges?

    A: Enjoy free delivery within a 6km radius of our Norwood kitchen. For addresses outside this radius, delivery fees apply. The exact fee for your location will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you finalize your order.

  • Q: What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery?

    A: Please notify us if you won't be home!
    Option 1: We'll pack meals in our thermal sleeve with ice packs for $6.00.
    Option 2: Leave your cooler with ice blocks outside—we'll transfer meals into it at no extra charge.
