Pay directly and submit the preparation & delivery component for reimbursement (where funded in your plan). We provide a fully itemised tax invoice. Eligibility depends on your individual NDIS plan.

Where applicable, we invoice your nominated Plan Manager directly using a fully itemised NDIS invoice. They process the claimable prep & delivery portion against your Core Supports budget. Eligibility depends on your individual NDIS plan.

Place your order

At checkout, use the "Click Here To Leave Us a Note" field to enter your NDIS number and plan manager details. This information allows us to prepare the appropriate itemised NDIS invoice for your funding arrangements.

We cook, deliver & invoice

Fresh from our Norwood kitchen, delivered Fridays or Saturdays — with a fully itemised NDIS tax invoice delivered to your email.

Funding & Pricing

For NDIS participants, eligible meal preparation, packaging and delivery costs may be claimable through applicable Core Supports. Support at Home clients may also be able to access meal services depending on their funding and care plan.

About our provider status: Conscious Eats is not a registered NDIS provider. We supply meals to self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants only. If your funding is agency-managed (NDIA-managed), we are unable to invoice the NDIA directly — please speak with your Support Coordinator about your options.
