Refund policy

Order cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will cancel eligible orders before preparation or packing begins and issue a refund of the amount paid, less any non-refundable transaction or payment-processing fees actually charged to us, plus a $5 administration fee. The total deduction will be capped at the lower of $15 or 5% of the order value.

If preparation or packing has already started, cancellation may not be possible. Where we agree to cancel at that stage, the same deduction may apply.

No cancellation fee applies where the issue is caused by us, including a wrong or faulty item, an error on our part, our inability to supply the order, or where Australian Consumer Law provides a consumer guarantee right. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
